EVERYONE.For any activities in the future, we are to do TWO attendance lists, one for the TOs, one for the secretary.
For squad NCOs, tell your squads too. This means even when no NCOs are present they are to keep one copy of the the attendance list and pass it to the NCOs at the next available chance. Examples for this type of situations are during external courses when the squad NCOs are not present. After you all receive the attendance list, pass it to me.
